Multi-Domain Management

Manage cookie consent across multiple websites from a single dashboard.

Overview

Cookiewise supports managing unlimited domains from one account. Each domain gets its own cookie scan results, consent banner configuration, analytics, and compliance reports.

Adding a New Domain

1. Navigate to Domain Management in your dashboard
2. Click Add Website
3. Enter the domain name (e.g., example.com) and a friendly display name
4. A unique Website ID will be generated automatically

Per-Domain Configuration

Each domain can be configured independently:

• Cookie Scanner — Run scans per domain to detect all cookies
• Banner Design — Customize the consent banner appearance, position, colors, and text for each domain
• Compliance Settings — Configure which regulations apply (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Analytics — View consent metrics per domain

Shared vs Separate Banners

You can choose to share banner settings across domains or configure each one independently. To share settings:

1. Configure your primary domain's banner
2. Export the configuration from the Banner Configuration page
3. Import it on your other domains

Domain Verification

While not strictly required, we recommend verifying domain ownership to prevent unauthorized use of your Website ID. Verification is done by adding a DNS TXT record or a meta tag to your site.

Pricing

Multi-domain support is available on all plans. Each plan includes a specific number of domains. Visit the Pricing page for details on domain limits per plan.
