Banner Customization

Design a consent banner that matches your brand perfectly.

Visual Editor

Navigate to Banner Configuration in your dashboard. The visual editor lets you customize every aspect of your consent banner with a live preview that updates in real time.

Position

Choose where the banner appears on the page:

Theme Options

• Primary color - Used for buttons and accents. Should match your brand.
• Background color - The banner's background. White is standard; dark themes also work well.
• Text color - Main body text color. Ensure sufficient contrast against the background.
• Border radius - Controls corner roundness (0px = sharp, 16px = rounded).

Content

Customize all text strings displayed in the banner:

• Title - The heading (e.g., "Cookie Preferences")
• Description - Explanation text about what cookies are used for
• Accept button text - Default: "Accept All"
• Reject button text - Default: "Reject All"
• Customize button text - Default: "Customize" - opens category toggles

Advanced Settings

• Auto-block cookies - When enabled, non-essential scripts are blocked until consent is given. This is the GDPR-compliant default.
• Show logo - Display a small Cookiewise badge. Can be hidden on Professional and Enterprise plans.
• Mobile optimized - Automatically adjusts the banner layout for small screens.
• Animation style - Choose how the banner appears: slide, fade, or none.

Saving Configuration

Click Save Configuration to apply your changes. They take effect immediately - no need to update your embed code. The banner script fetches the latest configuration on every page load.
