Recommended migration sequence
- 1. Export baseline policy logic: document categories, geolocation rules, and current banner behavior.
- 2. Recreate core policy in CookieWise: map categories and required controls first.
- 3. Validate implementation path: ensure Consent Mode defaults and updates are firing correctly.
- 4. Run controlled cutover: replace scripts and re-check GTM tags and consent events.
